The great commitment and dedication of the Director General of the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA), Ing. Alfred Jilal Momodu, coupled with his astute leadership, has given a new outlook to the Authority through the revamping of the country's road sector.

Since Ing. Alfred Jalil Momodu took over the leadership of SLRA, Sierra Leoneans started seeing remarkable development in Freetown regarding the maintenance of main roads and streets that were seriously eroded during the heavy downpours.

Since SLRA and road construction companies under government contracts started the maintenance work a few months ago, many of the affected roads and streets are now in good condition.
