The Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) has received funding from UNDP for which they may want to proceed with the Procurement of Energy Efficient Cook Stove for the People-Cantered Sustainable Development and Resilience Portfolio, 2025 and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the said Procurement.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate their interest, capability and capacity of supplying and meeting the list of criteria for eligibility set below:

A formal treasury receipt will be issued to the bidder upon receipt of payment before the issuance of the Bidding Document by the Procurement Unit of the stated address below.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 03rd September, 2025 at 1:30pm. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security as stated above (from a reputable Commercial Bank)
- City Council Certificate
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

Bids will be publicly opened on 03rd September, 2025 at 1:30pm, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
