The World Petroleum Council, WPC Energy has a distinct pleasure to invite the Director General of the National Petroleum Regulatory Authority to participate in the 2025 committee meeting in Kuwait City.

The conference will also honor the 8th WPC Energy Youth Forum.
Both events are hosted under the Patronage of His Excellency Minister of Oil, State of Kuwait, Tarek Suleiman Ahmed Al-Roumi.

The event will bring together young professionals and industry leaders from around the world to engage in dialogue, showcase innovations, and develop leadership focused on the future of energy.

The forum theme, “Empowering the Future: Connecting Young Professionals, Ideas & Knowledge” will guide discussions providing an opportunity for young professionals to exchange opinions and network with senior representatives from leading global oil companies.

This event will promote intergenerational collaboration while fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation within the global energy.
WPC Energy Council and committee meetings will precede the forum.

Sierra Leone is scheduled to have bilateral engagements, including the Ministry of Oil, Kuwait Oil Company, Canadian National Committee, and the Sierra Leone Embassy in Kuwait City.
