INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTORBIKES

Imagine Worldwide Sierra Leone (IWSL), a registered non-governmental organization dedicated to improving access to education and community development across Sierra Leone, invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable suppliers for the supply and delivery of motorbikes (90 units)
1. Detailed specifications of the Motorbikes

Engine Type 4-stroke, air-cooled engine, Reliable for rough terrain
Displacement 150cc Comparable models accepted
Power Output >= 8.5KW at 7,500rpm
Transmission 4 Speed, Constant mesh
Fuel tank >= 12 liters
Starting Electric and Kick Start
Brakes Front & Rear Drum or Disc Must ensure safety
Suspension Reinforced with dust protection
Tyres Durable off road tyres
Warranty Minimum 12 months

Each motorbike should include:
• One (1) standard crash helmet
• One (1) complete tool kit
• Registration documents and user manual
2. Delivery Requirements
• Delivery to: Imagine Worldwide Sierra Leone Warehouse, 135 Wilkinson Road, Freetown,
• Delivery period: within Five (5) days of contract award
3. Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must submit:
1. Company profile and contact details.
2. Valid business registration certificate and tax clearance.
3. Manufacturer’s authorization or dealership certificate (if applicable).
4. Evidence of at least three (3) similar supplies within the last three (3) years.
5. Proof of financial capacity (bank statement or reference letter).
6. Delivery schedule and after-sales service plan.
4. Submission of Bids
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked:
“TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTORBIKES” reference # (ITT/001/010/2025)

All bids must be received no later than 31st October 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
5. Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at The Imagine Worldwide Sierra Office on the 4th November 2025 at 2:00pm (Sierra Leone time) in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at Imagine Worldwide Sierra Leone’s office.
6. Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation will be based on:
• Compliance with technical specifications.
• Delivery timeframe.
• Experience and capacity.
• Warranty and after-sales service.
• Price competitiveness and overall value for money.
