The Government of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Transport and Aviation has received
financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Connectivity & Agricultural Market
Infrastructure Project (CAMIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) will involve hiring of a consultant for the development of
Monitoring & Evaluation framework and conduct initial indicator matrix base line studies for
project preparatory purposes.
The Project Coordinating and Implementation Unit of the Connectivity & Agricultural Market
Infrastructure Project (CAMIP) now invites eligible Individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their
interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating
that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services,
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of
the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 Revised November
2017, August 2018, November 2020 and September 2023 Procurement Regulations setting forth the
World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection (ICS)
method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
