The Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MoECC) received funding through UNDP to implement a 6-years GEF funded “Sustainable and Integrated Landscape Management of the Western Area Peninsula Project” (WAPP) for which they may want to proceed with the Procurement of Office Equipment and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the said Procurement.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate their interest, capability and capacity of supplying and meeting the list of criteria for eligibility set below:

A formal treasury receipt will be issued to the bidder upon receipt of payment before the issuance of the Bidding Document by the Procurement Officer of the stated address below.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 05th August, 2024 at 1:30pm. All bids must be accompanied by:
 A valid Business registration certificate
 Bid Security as stated above (from a reputable Commercial Bank)
 City Council Certificate
 A valid tax clearance certificate;
 A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
 A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
 Evidence of similar supply

Bids will be publicly opened on 05th August, 2024 at 1:30pm, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
