INVITATION FOR BID FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONERS BANK WIDE

1. The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited (SLCB) invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONERS BANK WIDE.
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures in accordance with Sierra Leone Public Procurement Act, 2016 and open to all eligible bidders defined in the Bid Document.
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Le 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Leones) and method of payment will be into SLCB Account {003-001-118533-13-01-13} at Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, 29-31 Siaka Stevens Street and pay-in slip submitted to the Procurement Unit.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bid document at the address below between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
A pre-bid briefing will be held on Thursday 14th June, 2018 at 10:00am in the Management Room, 9th floor, 29-31 Siaka Stevens Street. You are encouraged to attend the briefing.
5. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Friday June 29th, 2018. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A Certified True Copy of a Business Registration/ Renewal Certificate
- A Certified True Copy of valid tax certificate from the National Revenue Authority (NRA);
- A Certified True Copy of NASSIT Clearance Certificate
- A Certified True Copy of Municipality Certificate
- Manufacturers accreditations as a service/ support agent
- Business profile of the Supplier include:
i) CV of technical Staff (A least of two of which shall be of Diploma level or higher);
ii) Accessible fully Equipped Service Facility/ Workshop
iii) Beneficiaries or end users of such contracts;
iv) Any other evidence deemed necessary for this procurement exercise.
- Bid Security amount of Le 25,000,000.00 must be in the form of a Bank Guarantee.
6. Bids will be opened on Friday June 29th, 2018 at 12:00 noon, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who chose to attend, at the Management Room, 9th floor, 29-31 Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
