Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority wishes to inform its customers that all those using the Non-STS Apator Meters with Eight (8) digit should report to EDSA Office at Falconbridge during the hours of 9:30AM to 4:30PM so that their Meters would be replace to STS Compliance Meters.

This will enable customers to easily re-charge their pre-paid meters on a 24 hour 7days a week basis using EDSA aggregators such as Ventech, Splash,
I – Pay and Airtel Money nationwide.

There is also a rumour on Social Media that EDSA now install Ten (10) meters on a daily basis. The Authority wants the public to know that this rumour is false, baseless and therefore not true.The Authority is fully engaged in the supply and installation of Meters to customers whom have completed the application process on a daily basis. Also, all those that have faulty Meters should report to EDSA office at Siaka Stevens Street with immediately effect. Any person found using electricity without paying for it will be considered as illegal and will face the full force of the law.
