PROCUREMENT OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION MATERIALS FOR CHINESE JOINT MEDICAL HOSPITAL

The Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority has allocated funds in its 2018 budget for the procurement of Electrical Installation Materials for Chinese Joint Medical Hospital at Wilberforce Barracks and now invitessealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Procurement and Supply of the materials listed below:
1. 250KVA, 630 KVA 3-Phase, Dyn11, ONAN, Distribution Transformers
2. 630KVA 3-phase low voltage distribution panel
3. 12KV RMU Oil Switchgear (3-Ways) extensible
4. 1.5m Grounding Rod c/w Clamps
5. 70mm2 insulated earth cables
6. 4”x5/8” galvanized bolt and nut with washer
7. 9”x5/8” galvanized bolt and nut with washer
8. 3 core x 70-185mm2 6.35/11KV XLPE outdoor kit c/w bracket
9. 3 core x 70-185mm2 6.35/11KV XLPE indoor kit c/w bracket
10. 3 core x 120mm2 6.35/11KV XLPE copper cable
11. 11KV 70-185mm2 6.35/11KV Raychem transition jointing kits
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability and capacity to supply the required goods within the stipulated time frame.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 1,000,000.00
Bid must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 hours on Tuesday the 23rd October, 2018.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A bid security of Le 25,000,000.00;
- A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT tax clearance certificate;
- A valid Business Registration certificate / Business Incorporation for International Bidders;
- A valid Municipal/Local council business license;
- Price quotation in Leones;
Bids will be opened on Tuesday the 23rd October, 2018at 12:00 hours, in the presence of bidders and/or bidder’s representatives who chose to attend, at the address below.
