National Competitive Bidding Procedure
The National Telecommunications Commission has received allocated funds from its 2018 budget for the procurement of furniture and office equipment.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate that they have the financial and technical capabilities.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 9:00 GMT to 4:30 GMT daily starting on the 19th September, 2018.
Bidding document may be purchased upon a payment of a non-refundable feeof Le 400,000(Four Hundred Thousand Leones).

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the Rules and Regulations governing public procurement. (TheNPPA 2016 as amended and its regulations of 2006)

Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 11th October 2018 at 12:00 noon.
All bids must be accompanied by:

- Bid Security of Le.5,000,000.00( Five Million Leones)
- A valid business registration
- A valid NRA / tax clearance certificate
- A valid NASSIT Certificate
- City Council Certificate

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, on the 11th October, 2018 at 12:30 GMT in the Conference Room of the National Telecommunications Commission, 13 Regent Road Freetown.
Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders. Bids shall not be submitted electronically or through facsimile.
