Procurement of Sixty One (61) Motorised Tricycle Carts

The Freetown City Council has received funds from European Union for the Procurement of Motorised Tricycle Carts on a framework contract basis and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply for which the Freetown city council intends to contract on a framework basis:
Description
Sixty One (61) Motorised Tricycle

Partial quotation shall be declared non responsive. Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability to perform this task. Bids must be submitted with the following:
- A bid security of Twenty Million Leones (Le 20 ,000,000) from a reputable Commercial Bank in Sierra Leone;
- A Valid Freetown City Council License certificate
- A valid copy of NRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
- A valid copy of Business Registration Certificate;
- A valid copy of NASSIT Clearance Certificate
- An evidence of recent contract of similar nature performed;
- Manufacturer authorization.

Further information and inspection of the bidding documents can be done at the address below between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Thousand Leones (Le 300,000) at the Freetown City Council Procurement Department.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th March, 2019 at 12:00 noon. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security:
Bids will be opened on 25th March 2019 at 12noon, in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
