Irate youths and religious leaders of the IMATT Community in Freetown have declared Umaru Wurie Jalloh and colleagues wanted after they were caught in a party organized by homosexuals in that community during odd hours.
The following morning, after news went round about the homosexual party, irate youths and religious leaders and fanatics declared the homosexuals that organized the party wanted and went in search of them in the nook and cranny of the community.
The Youth Leader of the community, Mohamed Sheik Turay, told this medium that they as religious people would never allow any ungodly practices in their community, such as homosexuality, h
ence the reason for declaring Umaru Wurie Jalloh and his cohorts wanted in order to teach them a bitter lesson which their families would never forget in haste.
This medium also learnt that the pub where the party for the homosexuals was held was set ablaze by the irate community youths and religious fanatics who took the law into their hands and even threatened to deal with families and relatives of the homosexuals if the latter were not found.
Police report indicated that the targeted homosexuals that were caught by the irate youths died of mob justice while the whereabouts of Umaru Jalloh and other suspected homosexuals are still unknown from the day of the mob action.
Meanwhile, campaign against homosexuality or same-sex couple in the IMMAT Community and its environs has not only intensified, the campaign has also been replicated in most parts of the country.
