Robert Drury Holmes, an American capitalist interested in helping the government and people of Sierra Leone achieve their human and infrastructural development goals was been warmly received by the Paramount Chief, Speaker, Mayor and stakeholders of Port Loko city.

In recognition of the indelible contribution that he intends to make in the lives of the people of Port Loko, at an impressive ceremony in Port Loko, he was crowned as PC Kumrabai Gbenti III.

Mr. Holmes who arrived in the country at the start of this month and had audience with Vice President Dr Juldeh Jalloh plans to invest in a unique state of the art satellite water system for Lungi and Port Loko city.

His plan also includes building a city hall, a shopping mall and transit market in Port Loko.

Meanwhile, Mr. Holmes is working to secure an MoU with the Ministry of Water Resources, as he plans to replicate his water project countrywide.
