The leading humanitarian unit of Orange Sierra Leone, Orange Foundation, has distributed Digital School Kits to five primary schools in Freetown in a bid to boost digitalization in the country.
The Digital School Kits is part of Orange Foundation Group Initiative that provides support to primary schools nationwide.
The donated Digital School Kits costing thousands of United States Dollars were presented to a cross section of primary schools in Sierra Leone, including Kelmond Pre-Primary School, Bethel Temple
Preparatory School, Providence International Elementary School, Dele Preparatory School and Chesterton Academy respectively.
The Digital School Kits package comprises of tablets, raspberry pis, laptops, Bluetooth speakers, projectors and screens, headset extension cables among others.
The essence of these Digital Kits is to boost digital and technological learning for pupils.
