PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE UPCOMING TAXPAYER VERIFICATION SURVEY.
The National Revenue Authority wishes to inform Taxpayers that it will be sending its enumerators to business premises from the 19th June 2019 to 31st August 2019 (Monday through Friday) between 9:00am – 4:30pm to verify taxpayer details (i.e. TIN, Telephone numbers, Email addresses etc.)
This is in line with Government’s effort to consolidate NRA’s current fragmented digitalized tax systems thereby meeting the demands from our taxpayers to simplify our services and streamline our interactions with them. Over the last one year, the National Revenue Authority has invested significantly in new solutions – the Integrated Tax Administration systems (ITAS), ASYCUDA World and the Electronic Cash Register (ECR).
Please note that failure to complete the survey form may lead to difficulties including clearing goods at customs and obtaining a tax clearance certificate.
