EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Maintenance and Repair Services of Airconditioning Systems on Light and Heavy Vehicles and Small Moving Equipment (SME) Sierra Rutile Limited (SRL), a leading sand mining company operating in Southern Province, Sierra Leone, hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for maintenance and repair services of Air conditioning systems on Sierra Rutile fleets at the mine sites (Light and Heavy-duty vehicles and Small Moving Equipment). The service provider would be required to establish a static workshop at the Sierra Rutile plant Site for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctioning air-conditioning systems on SRL fleets.
Expression of interest should be accompanied with the following documents:
- Certificate of Business Registration
- Updated National Revenue Authority Tax Certificate
- Proof of Address
- Company profile
- Evidence of similar assignment
SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICE
- Conducting monthly air conditioning system checkups
- Diagnosing faulty equipment
- Corrective maintenance on faulty air con mechanical parts
- Testing by pressurizing of air con systems with a color dye
- Re gassing of air conditioning systems
- Workshops facility made available at Sierra Rutile Limited (SRL)
- Work out of a mobile workshop when required NOT SUPPLIED BY Sierra Rutile Limited (SRL)
- All maintenance will be approved with a SRL Work Requests and Cost Code
- Supply and hold refrigeration gas in stock, (Quantities visible to management)
- Supply common parts in line with manufacturers recommendations.
- Prepare a parts list for SRL stores to hold corrective maintenance parts
- Supply all equipment necessary to carry out the testing and corrective maintenance of transport air conditioning units.
- Supply a 7-day week service
- All air condition maintenance engineers must be trained and competent,

Light vehicles - 13
Heavy Vehicle - 24
Small Moving Equipment (SME) - 43
Additional notes:
- Accommodation and meals will not be provided by Sierra Rutile Limited (SRL)
- A call out service for out of hours is required.
The EOI should clearly mark “EOI – Maintenance and Repair Services of Airconditioning Systems on Light and Heavy Vehicles and Small Moving Equipment (SME)" and must be submitted to SRL no later than Friday, 7 June 2023 at 4:00 pm (GMT).
