Orange Sierra Leone has on Monday 5th January, 2026 officially welcomed its new Chief Executive Officer, Madam Aicha Toure, during a well-attended ceremony held at the company’s headquarters at Hill Station, Freetown.

Madam Toure was accompanied by the outgoing Chief Executive Officer, Sekou Amadou Bah, and received a warm welcome from members of the company’s top management and staff. The event marked a significant leadership transition for the telecommunications company as it continues to strengthen its operations and expand digital services across Sierra Leone.

Following the welcome ceremony, the outgoing CEO, together with the Human Resources Manager, Agnes Songa, conducted Madam Toure on a comprehensive tour of key Orange Sierra Leone facilities. These included all departments at the Head Office on Hill Station, the Orange Digital Centre, which also hosts the Orange Foundation Sierra Leone, the Orange Money Office, and the Orange Data Centre on Spur Road in Freetown.

In 2019, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Orange Money Mali, a role in which she successfully positioned the company as the national leader in financial inclusion and transformed it into the largest mobile money operation within the Orange Group.
