India Vice President Dr. M'Venkaiah Naidu was on Saturday 12th October, 2019 welcomed by Vice President Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh into the shores of Sierra Leone.

The Indian VP and delegation are on a three-day visit to Sierra Leone to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the two sister countries.

The Indian VP is expected to hold talks with His Excellency President Bio and top government officials. He is also expected to address the Indian community in the country.

The India VP has also visited other African countries to strengthen India's bilateral relationships.

He flew in from the Comoros Island where he held several meetings with his Indian counterparts and top government officials there.
