High Court Judge, Hon. Justice Adrian Fisher has on Wednesday 5th July, 2023 dismissed the action brought by the main opposition All Peoples Congress (APC) Party against the Electoral Commission (ECSL).

The Defendant appeared in Court, but the APC and their Lawyers failed to appear. The Judge ordered APC to pay the wasted costs.
The matter was filed by the APC on 7th June, 2023 and came up for hearing this morning.
