Leone Rock Metal Group (LRMG) has once
again demonstrated commitment to the betterment of communities with its latest endeavor in Kathonga, Port Loko district. On the 11th of June 2024, LRMG officially handed over the newly constructed Little Scarcies Junior Secondary School, marking a pivotal moment in the educational landscape of the region.
The initiative, spearheaded by the Vice President of Sierra Leone, Juldeh Jalloh, in collaboration with LRMG, showcases a harmonious partnership aimed at addressing the crucial need for modern educational infrastructure in remote areas.
The project, which includes three classrooms, a store, an office space, three spacious latrines, and over 500 chairs and desks, stands as a demonstration to LRMG's dedication to enhancing learning environments in remote areas like Kathonga.
