Former Leader of the Opposition in Parliament and aspiring Leader and Flagbearer of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hon. Chernor Ramadan Maju Bah (Chericoco), will serve as Guest Speaker at the upcoming Sierra Leone – Canada Trade, Investment and Cultural Show scheduled for 18th – 20th September, 2025 at the Viceyroy Banquet Hall, Toronto, Canada.

The event, which runs under the theme “Building Nations, Building Futures: Sierra Leone and Canada in Trade, Investment and Cultural Partnership”, will bring together government officials, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and cultural stakeholders from both countries. Hon. Bah is expected to emphasize the importance of strengthening Sierra Leone–Canada relations through trade, investment, and cultural exchange, while also projecting Sierra Leone’s readiness to attract sustainable investments and expand global partnerships.

His participation comes at a time when he is widely seen as a leading contender for the APC flagbearership, positioning himself as a national figure committed to development, economic transformation, and international cooperation.

The three-day forum will feature exhibitions, networking opportunities, and panel discussions aimed at fostering stronger bilateral relations between Sierra Leone and Canada.
