RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembling, installing, testing and maintaining the electronic and electrical wiring, appliances, equipment, fixtures and apparatus by using various power and hand tools.
- Diagnosing the malfunctioning systems, components and apparatus, using the testing equipment for locating causes of electrical breakdowns and correcting the problem.
- Connecting wires to the circuit breakers, transformers, conduits or any other components.
- Inspecting the electrical systems and equipment for identifying the defects and hazards that are required for repairing or adjusting.
- Advising the management on whether a continued operation of an equipment may be hazardous.
- Testing the electrical systems continuously using devices like voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes and others.

REQUIREMENTS
- A GED or high school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree or vocational diploma preferred.
- At least six years of a progressive construction electrical experience or completion of four years of an approved technical program is also accepted.
- Experience in technical fields is obviously preferred.
- A very strong background in the development of individual and standalone electrical projects.
- Good leadership qualities and strong ethos to work as a leader.
- Good presentational skills to convince technicians working in the construction electrical department.
- Adequate troubleshooting skills that are actually one of the most important aspect of the job.
- Basic understanding of the laws and technicalities of engineering.
- Highly professional in the approach to his job.
- Superb communication skills for driving communication across all verticals in the construction electrical department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a skilled Welder to cut and join metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites. You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Your job is important as it provides the foundation for strong infrastructure.
A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.
- Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
- Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
- Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
REQUIREMENTS
- At least eight years experience
- Technical Diploma or HS Diploma
- Proven experience as welder
- Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA etc.)
- Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
- Deftness and attention to detail
- Proficient in English
- Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required
- Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) will be a plus

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making use of measuring equipment to verify dimensions of material provided against drawings, interpret components and assembly drawings, and use allocated resources and personnel to achieve set engineering (SMPP) construction projects.
-Usage, service, inspection and maintenance (including conditions-based) of engineering operational maintenance primary equipment like HDPE Machines, etc.
- Welding of HDPE pipes in line with parameters of the HDPE machine and proper procedures for butt and electrofusion welding.
- Proper usage of Extrusion Hand Gun & Hot Air Guns
- Dealing with precision equipment in process moulding or extrusion moulding technology.
- Conducting work in line with set quality assurance standards, work targets and specified standards
An integral part of the work would be strict adherence to Safety, Health, Safety, Environment and Housekeeping. This will entail:
- Performing work in accordance with relevant safe working procedures.
- Reporting any dangerous conditions/ incident/ accidents immediately as per the SHE system .
- Taking reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
- Using the PPE required for the specific task or working condition
- Performing tasks assigned to the SHE system i.e. keeps workplace clean.

REQUIREMENTS

- Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chain falls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
- Tilt, dip, and turn suspended loads to maneuver over, under, and/or around obstacles, using multi-point suspension techniques.
- Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy equipment.
- Clean and dress machine surfaces and component parts.
- Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps

The primary responsibility of the Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor is to improve system productivity, reliability, safety, and stability by helping in the design, construction and maintenance of instruments and entire instrumentation systems. The Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for deciding the type of instruments needed for ensuring better quality and efficiency of equipment. The Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor is also responsible for the technical design and management of small capital and expense electrical projects from early conceptual engineering through project completion. Also, responsible for performing root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures and recommending corrective actions on instrumentation and electrical equipment and corrective action on deficient equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrument and Control Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 Years’ experience in instrument design and engineering (Conceptual, FEED, Detail design, Construction Support, Hook-up and Commissioning) the ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrument engineering, electrical
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technology (or related discipline).
- Supervisory experience that will oversee the work of Electricians and Instrument Techs; responsible for training and testing; responsible for maintenance of and compliance with electrical safety program, including arc flash safety.
- Expert knowledge and experience of instrumentation used to control and monitor processes.
- Must have broad based, hands on knowledge and experience with various types of instrument and electrical systems, equipment and software.
- Experience and ability to manage electrical and instrumentation engineering projects with knowledge of how to establish project estimates and oversight of project budgets. Troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills, both informally and using formalized tools such as Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Ability to communicate effectively with data, along with the ability to influence and persuade. Demonstrated working knowledge of all applicable electrical industry standards and recommended practices, e.g. NEC, IEEE, ANSI, ISA, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Day to day troubleshooting of E&I problems that may include the following:
- Managing, allocating resources and ensuring completion of E&I work orders.
- Leading the electricians and instrument techs in finding and executing solutions to E&I problems on site.
- Compliance with PSM and other plant procedures, including following MOC procedures and meeting continuing documentation requirements within Maintenance in compliance with documentation standards and procedures.
- Referral of E&I and Control issues to the Engineering Department as needed. Calibration and PM of instrumentation, including actuated valves
- Documentation of same for PSM Planning and organization of some non-capital E&I project work, including plant shutdowns Coordinating with I&C Engineer and allocating resources for capital projects that use Maintenance personnel for E&I work Maintenance of the inventory of E&I spares, in compliance with site E&I Purchasing standards
- Ordering or supervising the ordering of replacement parts
- Working with E&I Engineer to update standards and specifications as they become outdated or better options are identified. Accessing information within and making minor adjustments to the control system
- Understanding the control system architecture and software sufficient to find and modify elements.
- Communicating with Process Control Engineer to validate and document all changes
- Nominating and training Instrument Techs capable of doing same Backup for E&I Engineer during absences.
- Work with Process Control Engineer to divide responsibilities for specifying equipment and supervising project work.

The Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor is also responsible for the technical design and management of small capital and expense electrical projects from early conceptual engineering through project completion. Also, responsible for performing root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures and recommending corrective actions on instrumentation and electrical equipment and corrective action on deficient equipment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrument and Control Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 Years’ experience in instrument design and engineering (Conceptual, FEED, Detail design, Construction Support, Hook-up and Commissioning) the ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrument engineering, electrical
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technology (or related discipline).
- Supervisory experience that will oversee the work of Electricians and Instrument Techs; responsible for training and testing; responsible for maintenance of and compliance with electrical safety program, including arc flash safety.
- Expert knowledge and experience of instrumentation used to control and monitor processes.
- Must have broad based, hands on knowledge and experience with various types of instrument and electrical systems, equipment and software.
- Experience and ability to manage electrical and instrumentation engineering projects with knowledge of how to establish project estimates and oversight of project budgets. Troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills, both informally and using formalized tools such as Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Ability to communicate effectively with data, along with the ability to influence and persuade. Demonstrated working knowledge of all applicable electrical industry standards and recommended practices, e.g. NEC, IEEE, ANSI, ISA, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Day to day troubleshooting of E&I problems that may include the following:
- Managing, allocating resources and ensuring completion of E&I work orders.
- Leading the electricians and instrument techs in finding and executing solutions to E&I problems on site.
- Compliance with PSM and other plant procedures, including following MOC procedures and meeting continuing documentation requirements within Maintenance in compliance with documentation standards and procedures.
- Referral of E&I and Control issues to the Engineering Department as needed. Calibration and PM of instrumentation, including actuated valves
- Documentation of same for PSM Planning and organization of some non-capital E&I project work, including plant shutdowns Coordinating with I&C Engineer and allocating resources for capital projects that use Maintenance personnel for E&I work Maintenance of the inventory of E&I spares, in compliance with site E&I Purchasing standards
- Ordering or supervising the ordering of replacement parts
- Working with E&I Engineer to update standards and specifications as they become outdated or better options are identified. Accessing information within and making minor adjustments to the control system
- Understanding the control system architecture and software sufficient to find and modify elements.
- Communicating with Process Control Engineer to validate and document all changes
- Nominating and training Instrument Techs capable of doing same Backup for E&I Engineer during absences.
- Work with Process Control Engineer to divide responsibilities for specifying equipment and supervising project work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Align structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats, following blueprints. Work involves use of hand and power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, or turnbuckles. Assist in testing assembled vessels. Direct cleaning of boilers and boiler furnaces. Inspect and repair boiler fittings, such as safety valves, regulators, automatic-control mechanisms, water columns, and auxiliary machines.
- Attach rigging and signal crane or hoist operators to lift heavy frame and plate sections or other parts into place.
- Operate cranes, hoists, or other moving or lifting equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of field instrumentation devices for process equipment including
- Flow devices

- Temperature devices
- Direct and inferential level measurement devices
- Analytical equipment and instrumentation
- Installation, calibration, inspection, and troubleshooting of instruments and electrical equipment, in accordance with NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, ISA and Company Standards.
- Identify, interpret and effectively use drawings and documentation related to electrical and process controls including Electrical One-line diagrams, Elementary diagrams, wiring schematics, control schematics, P&ID’s, Cause and Effect diagrams, Instrument Loop diagrams, Interconnect diagrams, etc.
- Interpret and troubleshoot PLC and DCS logic including ladder logic, function block, and structured text routines.
- Work safely on AC distribution systems from 12k volts to 120 volts.
- Troubleshoot, repair motor control circuits and equipment including VFD’s, motors and motor control circuits.
- Develop written job plans for electrical and instrumentation projects.
- Plan and direct procurement of repair parts and material for electrical and instrument systems for project and maintenance purposes.
- Be able to discuss and apply NFPA 70E to any electrical work scope both in theory and in everyday practice on the job.

- Support Plant Operations to minimize production impacts and enhance reliability.

- Must be able to respond to callouts within 30 minutes of notification.
- Must be able to use and navigate business applications for maintenance management software and be proficient with MS Office suite.
