The Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) has allocated funds in its 2018 budgets for the Supply, Installation & Training of IT Peripherals Infrastructure for Electricity Distribution & Supply Authority (EDSA) and now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for:
The Supply, Installation, training and Commissioning of IT Peripherals Infrastructure for Electricity Distribution & Supply Authority (EDSA) in some locations and goods must be supplied within 45 days of contract award.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability to supply the correct specification of the aforesaid goods within the specified time period. The successful bidder (s) will be required to sign a framework contract which will last for one year for the goods indicated in the schedule for requirement.
A framework contract is one in which is adopted by a purchaser:
a) Where the Items are needed “On Call” but where the quantity and timing of the requirements cannot be defined precisely in advance; or
b) To reduce lead times for items which are needed repeatedly or continuously over a period of time, by having them available on a “Call Off” basis.
Payment under this contract shall be for actual quantity delivered using the fixed unit prices specified in your bidding documents.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents during office hours of 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below. A pre-bid meeting with potential bidders will be held on 27th August, 2018at 10:00 am. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Leones) only.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th September, 2018 at 11:45 pm.
Interested eligible bidders must meet the following minimum qualification criteria:

All bids must be accompanied by:
-Bid Security of Le 50,000,000.00
- Business Registration Certificate/Document of Incorporation
- A Valid Tax Certificate;
- A Valid NASSIT Certificate;
- A Valid NRA Certificate;
- A Valid Municipal/Local Council Business License;
- Price Quotation;
- Terms of Payment;
- Delivery Period;
- Evidence that during the past five (5) years, the Bidder must have successfully completed three (3) contracts involving the supply, installation, commissioning of an IT Peripherals Infrastructure System including Hardware and networks.

Bids will be opened 17th September, 2018 at 12:00 pm., in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
