JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Plan and developing project scopes and objectives in details, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Help to define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Create schedule and project timeline
- Allocating and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Organize and manage staff, contractors and schedules for construction projects. Coordinating the Rotation Schedule of all employees to ensure sufficient staff compliment
- Ensuring staff complement and instruction as specified in agreed contract with client is strictly adhered to
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Prepare documentation like scope of work, contracts, purchase orders, reports and budgets
- Implement projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques - track deliverables and progress, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Oversee budgets, including tracking metrics and updating equipment logs
- Lead meetings to ensure budget, user needs and schedule are met
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Monitor and report on on project progress and escalate to management as needed
- Present to client reports on progress as well as problems and solutions to client
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience of at least 5 years as a project manager in the construction sector
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of construction site best practices and safety procedures

Construct, assemble, maintain, and repair stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. Align structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats, following blueprints. Work involves use of hand and power tools, plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs, or turnbuckles. Assist in testing assembled vessels. Direct cleaning of boilers and boiler furnaces. Inspect and repair boiler fittings, such as safety valves, regulators, automatic-control mechanisms, water columns, and auxiliary machines.

- Making use of measuring equipment to verify dimensions of material provided against drawings, interpret components and assembly drawings, and use allocated resources and personnel to achieve set engineering (SMPP) construction projects.
- Usage, service, inspection and maintenance (including conditions-based) of engineering operational maintenance primary equipment like HDPE Machines, etc.
- Welding of HDPE pipes in line with parameters of the HDPE machine and proper procedures for butt and electrofusion welding.

- Dealing with precision equipment in process moulding or extrusion moulding technology.
- Conducting work in line with set quality assurance standards, work targets and specified standards

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a skilled Welder to cut and join metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites. You will operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. Your job is important as it provides the foundation for strong infrastructure.
A welder must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will also have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential.
- Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
- Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
- Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps

You will work as part of the team, ensuring our operation runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Attach rigging and signal crane or hoist operators to lift heavy frame and plate sections or other parts into place.
- Operate cranes, hoists, or other moving or lifting equipment.
- Signal equipment operators to indicate proper equipment positioning.
- Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety of workers and materials.
- Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
- Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools
- Select gear such as slings, shackles, chokers and winches, according to load weights and sizes, facilities, and work schedules.
- Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chain falls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
