Deadline for Expression of Interest extended
Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, a non-governmental organization helping the Freetown City Council to improve the solid waste management system in Freetown, Sierra Leone, invites you to participate in a tender and bidding process to select a contractor for the construction of: Two (2) waste transfer stations in Western Urban District as part of the “Improved Solid Waste Services in Freetown”, funded by DFID.

Interested bidders are invited to a compulsory site visit which will start on January 27th, 2020 at 1pm at the CRS office.

The deadline for expressing interest is January 27th, 2020 at 1pm.
The tender package includes, Tender Declaration Form, Tender Conditions and Procedure, Technical Qualification checklist, Administrative Qualification Checklist, Drawings & Specifications, Bill of Quantity, and Draft Contract Template.
Submission: Tender returns should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the name of the contractor, valid email address, telephone number, name of contact person and address to:

On /or before the deadline of February 3rd, 2020, 5 pm.
Tender returns received after this time will not be considered.
Tender opening: Tender returns will be publicly opened on the February 4th, 2020 at 9 am.

CRS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the Tender process. CRS also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as deem necessary during the bid evaluation process.
